Maranatha SDA Church in Okmulgee invites the entire community to take part in two exciting and family-friendly events.
The first event is a Community Fair, scheduled for Sunday, April 27, from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m., at the church, located at 1213 E. Chicago Street. The day promises fun for all ages, with horseback riding and a bouncing castle for kids. There will be barbecue, hot dogs, popcorn, candy,and a variety of other free food options for attendees to enjoy.
In addition to food and fun, the fair will also feature special presentations from a Youth Drum Corps, the Fire Department with a focus on fire safety and information on social issues and counseling resources.
Adding to the festivities will be a display of classic cars, a visit from the Tulsa Motor Bike Club and a clothing giveaway, all free of charge. The church encourages everyone to come out and enjoy the wide variety of activities planned. As the flyer emphasizes, “Everything Free, Free, Free.”
Maranatha SDA Church will host its Community Friends and Family Day Church Service on Saturday, May 24 at 11 a.m. Everyone is welcome to attend the service and join in the spirit of fellowship and community.
