Lilli Giddens will be taking her talents to the track at Oklahoma Christian University. A dedicated student-athlete, Giddens has been a key part of the Morris track team, and her commitment to excellence has earned her a spot on the OCU roster.
Fellow seniors Vincent Brown and Maddisyn Payne each signed with the Connors State College Collegiate Archery Team. The pair made school history as the first archers from the Morris program to sign with a college-level team.
“We are so proud of Vincent and Maddisyn,” school officials said in a statement. “They have worked incredibly hard, and we’re excited to see them take this next step. This is a first for our program, and it opens up new possibilities for our archers in the future.”
Additionally, Alexis Schell has committed to Northeastern State University in Tahlequah to continue her basketball career. Seniors Kaitlyn Woods and Rylee Whitaker will join Schell at NSU as members of the cheer squad.
