In Friday’s game against Mounds, the Lady Bulldogs were unable to overcome a strong offensive surge from the Eagles, ultimately dropping the contest 10-0. Mounds capitalized early, scoring four runs in the first inning—highlighted by a three-run triple from Abby Cloud. They added runs in each of the next two innings to seal the shutout win.
Okmulgee’s Chalina Tyndall started in the circle, going 3.1 innings and surrendering 10 runs on 12 hits while walking eight. Tiah Harjo and Tyndall each tallied one hit for Okmulgee, with Mahayla James anchoring the defense with four fielding chances.
Later that day, the Lady Bulldogs met a dominant Wilson Lady Tigers squad, falling 16-1 after a 12run second inning blitz by Wilson. The Tigers unleashed 18 hits in total, with Kaylee Earhart leading the way, going 3-for-3 with four RBIs.
Okmulgee managed five hits in the contest, including RBI production from Jaclynn Brown. Despite the tough loss, the Lady Bulldogs played error-free defense. --- Stats
