House pages run messages to legislators while they are in the chamber debating policy and voting on measures, and they help in their Capitol offices. Pages also participate in a mock session, in which they learn legislative procedure and how to write legislation.
Abigail is on the Principal’s Honor roll and is the recipient of the Innovation Award. She has a State FFA Degree and participates in floriculture, showing rabbits and public speaking. She’s the secretary for her FFA chapter.
After graduation, Abigail hopes to study business and political science at the University of Tulsa and then pursue a law degree.
“I wish Abigail the very best in her future,” Fetgatter said. “She served with excellence as a page and showed great excellence in state government and the legislative process.”
Scott Fetgatter serves District 16 in the Oklahoma House of Representatives. His district includes parts of Muskogee, Okmulgee and Tulsa counties.
