Jaxxen Gillett set the tone early, launching a two-run home run to center field. He later capped off the inning with a grand slam, giving him six RBIs in one frame.
Other key hits in the inning came from Kody Moseby, who tripled in two runs, Jayden Harmon’s two-run double, and Easton Nance’s two-run double.
Josh Barnett added a solo homer in the second inning as the Ponies extended their lead.
Kellyville’s Kody Moseby earned the win, allowing just one hit over two innings while striking out three.
Jax Finch recorded Okmulgee’s only hit in the loss. The Bulldogs will travel to Cleveland for their next game Friday.
