Joyce Anna Neal Grammer was born August 18, 1939, in Okemah. She passed from this life March 6, 2025.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 10, 2025, at Preston Baptist Church, with Mr. Terry Jones and Rev. Kevin Jones officiating. Viewing will be held from 1-5 p.m. Sunday, March 9, 2025, at McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee.
