The Town of Grayson will hold a nonpartisan general election Wednesday, April 2, at a special town meeting.
Registration will take place from 5:30-6 p.m., and voters present a legal form of identification.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m., and voting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Grayson Community Center/Town Hall, 24160 Martin Luther King in Grayson, for the purpose of electing an official for the Town of Grayson. The officer to be elected is one (1) trustee for a four (4) year expired term.
Candidates must be qualified electors by virtue of being a resident and registered voter within the municipality for at least six (6) months prior to filing an affidavit of candidacy. Candidates must adhere to Town Ordinance No. 23-032; being in good standing with their town (sewer) utility service.
