The Henryetta Board of Education will convene for its regular monthly meeting on Monday, Feb. 10, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Board of Education Office, located at 1600 W. Gentry in Henryetta.

• Reports: Updates will be provided by representatives of the Henryetta Education Support Association (HESA), the Henryetta Education Association (HEA), the Superintendent, the school Principals, the Counselor, the Athletic Director, and the Maintenance Director.
• Financial and Fund Actions: The board will discuss and possibly take action on a proposed change order transferring $42,000 from the General Fund to the Building Fund.
• Approval of Minutes: A vote will be held to approve or not approve the minutes from the January 13, 2025, Special Board Meeting and the January 30, 2025, meeting.
• Encumbrances and Financial Reports: Discussion and possible action regarding the 2024-2025 school year financial reports and encumbrances will be reviewed.
• Fundraising Approvals: The board will vote on whether to approve proposed fundraisers for the 2024-2025 school year.
• Academic Reports: Principals will present the annual dropout report for grades 7-12 as well as the annual college remediation report.
• Executive Session: A proposed executive session is scheduled in accordance with state law (25 O.S. Section 307(B) (1)) to discuss personnel matters. Following the session, the board will acknowledge the return to open session and discuss any necessary actions related to personnel decisions, including a vote on the superintendent’s personnel addendum.
