The Wilson Tigers secured a hard-fought 63-59 victory over the Pawhuska Huskies on Tuesday night, overcoming a halftime deficit with a strong second-half performance.
Wilson trailed 33-31 at halftime and 50-46 late in the third quarter but turned the tide with an eightpoint run. In the final quarter, the Tigers outscored Pawhuska 19-11 to claim the win.
Ke’shon Shelburn led Wilson with a dominant performance, scoring 27 points and grabbing 14 rebounds. Anthony Wind Jr. added 16 points, including 10 in the decisive fourth quarter. Wilson’s efficient shooting and rebounding were key factors in the victory.
