Several Okmulgee County officers were sworn in Thursday morning by District Judge Pandee Ramirez in a ceremony. Above, Eddy Rice signs documents witnessed by Judge Pandee Ramirez as being sworn in as Sheriff. Rice begins his 5th term in that post.
