William Curtis Doan passed away unexpectedly on November 22, 2024, at his residence in Okmulgee. He was born in a small hospital near Fayetteville, Ark. on an Easter Sunday morning, April 13, 1952, to John Cannon Doan and Patricia Rogers Doan.
