After gathering extensive input from industry members and experts, along with recommendations and technical assistance from state and national child care advisors, Oklahoma Human Services has posted updated proposed emergency rules for child care and is calling for additional public input. This action comes after the agency withdrew proposed emergency rules in late September to gather more input from stakeholders.
