Ronald Dean Monigold passed away Wednesday, December 11, at his home in Okmulgee. He was 89 years old. Dean was born in Barnsdall on May 20, 1935, to Oral Monigold and Iona Jeter-Clark.

A public visitation was held from 5-7 p.m. Monday, December 16, 2024, at Schaudt’s Okmulgee Funeral Service Chapel. The funeral service was held at 1 p.m. December 17, 2024, at ClearView Baptist Church, 16950 Loop 56 in Okmulgee, with Pastors Jay Roberds and Kent Sparks officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Schaudt Okmulgee Funeral Service & Cremation Care, 220 S. Alabama Ave. in Okmulgee.
