Carolyn Charlene Wadsworth went to be with her Lord on Friday evening, December 6, 2024, in Tulsa at 75 years of age. Carolyn was born March 18, 1949, in Pawhuska to the late Ray E. and Lillie Opal (Woodring) Kanatzar.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday afternoon from 4-6 p.m. at McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Schulter Baptist Church, with Rev. Chet Cottom officiating. Interment will follow at Okmulgee Cemetery. Grandsons will service as casket bearers.
