Elizabeth “Liz” Anne Kelley, 70, of Okmulgee, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 9, 1953, to Floydean Churchill and Georgia Ruth (Webster) Grammer.

Funeral services took place at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at the funeral home, with Rev. David Hamilton officiating. Interment followed at Okmulgee Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
