The Henryetta Lady Knights ended their season with an 8-3 loss to the Beggs Lady Demons in the District Finals. Despite a strong effort from players like Stephanie Cox and Kristina Been, it wasn’t enough to secure a win. Beggs advanced to the Regional Tournament, while the Lady Knights finished their season with a 14-16 record.
Earlier in the week, Officer Randy Knight of the Henryetta Police Department arrested a resident after a traffic for a busted taillight revealed the driver had a suspended Oklahoma driver’s license. He was searched, leading to the discovery of 12 grams of methamphetamine concealed in a bottle wrapped in black electrical tape.
