Henryetta Rotary Movie Night will be held tomorrow evening at The Briefcase. Inside Out 2 will screen at 6 p.m., followed by Top Gun: Maverick at
8:15 p.m.
Tickets are $5 each or $25 for five tickets and five concession items (excluding pizza).
Kids can be dropped off for the early showing, but must be well-behaved, and contact information and a signed waiver are required.
— What do movie nights support?
The Rotary Club always puts the community first, and these movie nights will allow them to do that in two ways:
• Provide the community with a movie night so they don’t have to drive an hour to take their families to the theater.
• Revitalize Rotary Park on 4th Street. We will use the funds earned from ticket and concession sales to improve this park for the community.
— How does my sponsorship help Rotary?
Your sponsorship will help cover the cost of the public showing license. This allows Rotary to keep 100% of the proceeds from ticket and concession sales to support our park.
— Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?
Yes – Rotary Club of Henryetta is a 501(c)3. They can provide you with a tax-deductible receipt if you require one for your business.
— What kind of movies do they show?
The Rotary Club will show two movies per movie night. The first movie will be a kid’s movie while the second will be geared towards adults. We will select a few movies from the database and let the community vote for their favorite on Facebook.
— How much are tickets and concessions?
• $5 for adults
• $3 for children age 3 and above
• $25 for family packs (5 tickets and 5 concession items, excluding pizza)
• $1-3 for concession items — Are there rules that must be followed?
Yes – Rotary Club will maintain the following rules:
• Tickets will not be sold to minors without an adult present
• Well-behaved children may be dropped off for the kids movie. Parents must leave a good contact number in the event of an emergency and sign a waiver.
• Children are not allowed in the second movie unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, as these movies will be geared towards adults and may not be appropriate for children.
