VFW Post 539 in Henryetta will be conduct its Feed the Vets program for veterans and their dependents Thursday, Sept. 5, at 11 a.m. at New Life Assembly of God Church, 1201 S. C Street in Henryetta.

Volunteers are needed at 10 a.m. in order to divide the food for distribution to the military veterans or veteran dependents.

Also, on Aug. 31 at 10 a.m., Tricia Bear and VFW Auxillary President Teresa Stevens will be at the Briefcase during the car show and beard and mustache contest on Main Street in Henryetta assisting veterans with their VA benefits.
