The Henryetta Education Foundation’s annual fundraiser is currently underway, according to President James McCullough.
For 27 years, the Henryetta Education Foundation has provided over $500,000 in teacher grants and scholarships since its inception in 1997.
The HEF provides grants each year to teachers in the Henryetta School district to obtain materials or equipment to use in their classrooms. The raffle supports the Henryetta Education Foundation Teacher Grant Programs.
Tickets are now being sold for a chance to win a Greenworks 60V ZT-42 Zero-Turn Mower, along with an Echo Trimmer/Leaf Blower Combo, Echo Chainsaw or even a $200 Gas Card.
The last two years, one lucky person has walked away with a Zero-Turn Mower or other prizes.
One ticket is $20 and the drawing will be held on Sept. 2, on Labor Day. You need not be present to win.
Sponsors for the giveaway include American Exchange Bank, First National Bank & Trust, First Family Federal Credit Union, Burnett Hardware, 3 Bears Sales and Rental.
HEF board members will also have tickets available.
