The Henryetta Public School board will hold a special meeting March 5 at 12 noon at the Board of Education Offices, 1600 W. Gentry in Henryetta.
The board will consider the following items:
• Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to the bond sale.
• Board to receive bids for the $1,075,000 Taxable General Obligation Combined Purpose Bonds of this School District and take action to award bonds to the lowest bidder.
• Board to consid- er and take action on a resolution providing for the issuance of taxable general obligation combined purpose bonds in the sum of $1,075,000 by this school district, authorized at an election called and held for such purpose; prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration thereof; providing for levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same; and fixing other details of issue.
