With cat season just around the corner, we would like to address a few issues regarding stray cats. OCHS receives many calls, messages and complaints about stray cats. We do have a small TNR program. TNR stands for Trap-Neuter-Return. Cats can be trapped humanely in a live trap and taken to a vet for TNR. During a TNR visit, cats are combo tested, vaccinated, spay/neutered, ear clipped and returned. The ear is clipped to show the neighborhood this particular cat has been vaccinated and neutered.
