H-Town Theatre preps for song showcase

Some exciting things are coming soon from the H-Town Theatre.

On Feb. 8 and 10, H-Town Theatre will present “A Night at the Movies” Showcase, with students performing popular songs from great movie soundtracks.

Showtime is at 7:30 p.m. in the Alice Ghostley Auditorium.

The H-Town Theatre, under the direction of Justin Been, is also excited about the upcoming spring musical, “The Music Man.” Auditions were held recently with over 40 students participating.

Assisting Been is Henryetta alumni and former theatre member Liz Bealko.

The cast was announced last week: More information will be forthcoming as the events draw closer. Stay tuned to the H-Town Theatre Facebook page.
