First National Bank & Trust (FNB) is honored to announce its inclusion in the Oklahoman Top Workplaces 2023. This year’s award, highlighting the top companies in Oklahoma based on employee feedback, saw participation from over 2000 companies, with only 99 being selected. FNB is proud to be recognized among these, especially as one of the top 10 in the small business category out of 47.
This honor, bestowed by The Oklahoman in partnership with Energage, LLC, is based entirely on employee feedback. The comprehensive survey from Energage evaluates critical cultural drivers crucial to organizational success, including alignment, execution, and connection. Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, remarks on the award’s significance: “Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, particularly as it stems directly from employee experiences and viewpoints. It underscores the importance of listening to and valuing employee feedback, a quality that Top Workplaces exemplify.”
FNB views this acknowledgment as a reflection of their commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment.
“Being recognized as one of Oklahoma’s top workplaces is a humbling reminder of the importance of our team’s collective efforts, And a reflection of past culture we’ve created,” Jared Cable, President of FNB, said. “It encourages us to continue focusing on the well-being and satisfaction of our employees, which we believe is fundamental to our success. We are grateful for this honor and see it as a motivation to maintain and improve our workplace culture, ensuring FNB remains a supportive and rewarding place to work.”
