December 14, 1949 – October 24, 2023

Diana Penn was born on December 14, 1949, in the small town of Opelousas, La. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Loyton Butler and Mrs. Anniebel Butler. On October 24, 2023, Diana peacefully passed away in Okmulgee, surrounded by loved ones.

A graveside ceremony reflecting upon the life of Diana was held Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 12:30 p.m. at Fort Gibson National Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc.
