Bobbie Wanda James, 92, of Okmulgee, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2023, in Tulsa. Bobbie was born on January 20, 1931, in Stratford to Earnest Sylvester and Eliza Lisco (Best) Mulliniks. Additional obituary information and survivors will be posted as they become available.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Integrity Funeral Chapel. Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to Integrity Funeral Service.
