Lee Roy Perkins, Sr. was born June 6, 1939, in Beggs. He passed away at home in Bixby on October 3, 2023.

Viewing and visitation took place from 1-6 p.m. Sunday, October 8, 2023. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, October 9, 2023, with John Bergesen officiating at McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Beggs. Interment followed at Beggs Cemetery.
