In honor of the contributions made by Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to the lives of individuals with intellectual/ developmental disabilities, Central State Community Services Oklahoma (CSCSO) is thrilled to announce the upcoming DSP Appreciation Week event.
It will take place on Sept. 9, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Hawthorne Park in Okmulgee.
DSPs play an essential role in providing care and support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling lives within their communities. The Okmulgee DSP Appreciation Week event, organized by CSCSO, aims to recognize and celebrate the dedication, compassion, and hard work of these unsung heroes.

CSCSO’s Okmulgee office is home to more than 55 professionals serving individuals across multiple counties.
