Miles Columbus Howell, 80, retired building contractor and resident of Okmulgee, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2023. He was born Thursday, September 10, 1942, in Henryetta to William Arthur Howell and Mabel Ann (Crummett) Howell. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Gary Kelley’s Add’Vantage Funeral Service.
