HPS holds special meeting

The Henryetta Public Schools Board of Education met in a special session last Thursday morning to consider several agenda items.

During the meeting, the board approved:

• Kasey Williams as the assistant coach for high school football and tennis

• Kristina Brittenhouse as Henryetta Elementary School Special Education teacher

• Mike Hardgrave as In-School Suspension officer The board also approved the faculty and student handbooks district-wide for 2023-24.

Classes resume tomorrow, Aug. 10, for Henryetta Schools.
