Monday was the fifth meeting of the Henryetta Public Library Program Summer Reading Program for the kids. Kathy Crosby talked Monday to the kids about the importance of helping others in the community. She told them that by helping others, “we make them feel good.” She pointed out several books that they could read about helping others in the community. She then read to them Mr. Murry and Thumbkin by Karma Wilson. The kids then had a fun time playing bingo. Next week, Amber Mordecai is going to talk to the kids with her program “Have You Seen A Sasquatch?” Come and listen to what she has to say.
