Town of Grayson to hold election

A nonpartisan Town of Grayson general election will be held at a Special Town Meeting Wednesday, May 5.

Meeting/registration will begin at 6 p.m. Those wishing to be a candidate and vote must present a legal form of identiﬁcation and reside within the municipality.

Voting will begin at 7 p.m., at the Grayson Community Center/ Town Hall, 24160 Martin Luther King, for the purpose of electing ofﬁcers for the Town of Grayson. Officers to be elected are:

• One trustee to fill Seat #1 for a four-year unexpired term.

The nominee must be a qualiﬁed elector by virtue of being a resident and registered voter within the municipality for at least six months prior to nomination of office.
