Cecelia Georgette Leybas-Barton died Friday, March 17, 2023, in Tulsa, at 45 years of age. She was born Saturday, July 2, 1977, in Claremore. Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Okmulgee, where a memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2023.
