Holdenville extended its lead to 11 (39-28), heading to the final eight minutes of action, after outscoring the Henryetta squad 17-9 in the third period.
The Knights began the final frame with a 9-1 run to cut the deficit to three, 40-37, halfway through the stanza.
With 3:17 remaining in regulation, Greenhaw knotted the score at 40-40 with a 3-point basket.
Holdenville regained the lead, 4240, with a short-ranged jump shot at 2:56, then Greenhaw made both ends of a 1-and-1 foul situation 18 seconds later to tie the score at 42-42.
The Wolverines went back in front, 43-42, with a free throw with 17.6 seconds remaining, then Greenhaw provided the game-winning basket 7.2
seconds later.
Greenhaw was the top scorer for the Knights on Saturday with a team-best 15 points, including seven in the final period.
The sophomore was joined in double figures by Nick Hudson and Jordan Short with 12 points apiece.
Hunter Gobin and Will Perez rounded out the Henryetta scoring on Saturday with three and two points, respectively.
