Invitation to Bid #7 was approved by the board for weekly/monthly rental on a smooth drum roller and/or track-hoe.
The board also approved the updated Personnel Policy Handbook.
Agenda items approved were:
• Minutes of Nov. 21 meeting.
• Blanket Purchase Orders: General to ComData for fuel for $1,000; District 1 to S&H Auto for parts and supplies as needed for $1,000; District 2 to O’Reilly’s for parts and supplies as needed for $250, Autozone for $250, Cintas for $700 and RPI for $1,000; District 3 to Cintas for $700.
• Utility Permits: Two in District 1, one for boring and another cutting for installation of water line.
• Invitation to Bid #7 for weekly/monthly rental on smooth drum roller and/or track-hoe.
• Amended Resolution to disburse Covid Relief and Aid Fund (correction of amount).
• Update the Personnel Policy Handbook.
Under New Business, the county approved Ernie Ferreira's (District 1) donation of 16 hours of sick time to James Cole; along with a Transfer of Funds (reimbursement to Drug Court Fund).
