Henryetta Choir rated ‘Superior,’ ‘Excellent’
Henryetta Public Schools Choir students competed in the OSSAA District Vocal Solo and Ensemble Contest on February 29. They were awarded two ratings of “Excellent,” one in middle school and one high school solo. Also, two middle school solos, one high school solo and a high school ensemble received “Superior” ratings. Those who received Superior ratings qualified for the state contest that will be held at the end of April. They were lead by choir teacher Karen Willis.
