Brian Kent Pharaoh, a Henryetta High School graduate, was recently promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserves (USAR).
Lt. Col. Pharaoh was bestowed the honor after receiving a letter from Aaron T. Walter, Brigadier General, USAR, and Commanding Officer of the 100th Training Division (Leadership Development) in Fort Knox, Ky.
Also graduating from the Kemper Military School and College and Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, Calif., Lt. Col. Pharaoh was commissioned a Second Lieutenant after graduating from Kemper Military College Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) in 1994.
The son of Kent and Linda Pharaoh of Henryetta, Lt. Col. Pharaoh and his wife, Stephanie, currently reside in Hoschton, Ga.
