This year’s Summer Reading Program (Libraries Rock!) was a success with six wonderful musical programs presented by Lyle Stogner, Kathy Crosby, David Jobes, Kent Pharaoh, Marcus Whitworth and Alan Montgomery. Truitt Lollis was our elementary winner of a year’s subscription to National Geographic for Kids. Joyce Dong was our middle school winner of a year’s subscription to National Geographic. We do appreciate everyone participating and the children did find out books can take you places you may never get to see.
The new school year will begin Thursday, August 16th and we wish an awesome school year to all and want to remind you that we will be looking forward to seeing you here at the Library as well.
