Muscogee (Creek) Nation’s (MCN) Eufaula Dormitory is currently accepting applications for enrollment for the 2018-2019 school year.
Enrollment dates for students are Tuesday, Aug. 14 and Wednesday, Aug. 15 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Classes will begin at Eufaula Public School on Thursday, Aug. 16.
Eufaula Dormitory is a five-day residential program for Native American students. Students are taken to a designated bus stop location in their area on Friday evening and picked up at the same location on Sunday afternoon.
A structured environment is offered at Eufaula Dormitory with supplementary services which include tutoring, behavioral and academic counseling, a library and computer-learning resource center and recreational activities.
Native American students in first through 12th grades who are members of a federally-recognized tribe are eligible to apply for admission. They must be eligible for enrollment in public school.
In addition, the following must be provided: Copy of CDIB (both front and back), up-to-date immunization record, birth certificate, social security card, transcript/report cards from the previous school year (mandatory), copy of insurance, Medicaid or Sooner Care card (both front and back) and a physical for all new students.
